These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and reacquired.com governing your use of our website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

reacquired.com helps businesses request and manage customer reviews. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind the business you represent.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, no purchased lists, no contacting people who have not transacted with you.
• No incentivized, fake, or misleading reviews — this violates Google, Meta, and consumer-protection laws.
• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• No attempts to breach security, probe vulnerabilities, scrape, or reverse engineer.
• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR, CASL, and similar laws when sending messages.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms when applicable.

5. Fees

Fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes are your responsibility.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, rating change, or business outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts, unless a mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
